I really enjoyed your course, How to Secure Private Investors for Your Real Estate Business. I have bought some other private lending courses, but your was by far the best value for the money. I found your 50/50 partnering philosophy very unique. Most "guru's" would tell you that you are being too generous, but you prove that it works. When people get more than they expected they keep coming back and you have an endless supply of private funds. You are an entertaining speaker and have a lot of anecdotes to drive home your points. It becomes obvious very quickly that you do business with a lot of integrity and treat everyone with respect, which has lead you to be more successful than most. We all have much to learn from you.

You did your job, now it's my turn to do mine. I am going to make you proud!

I think it was awesome. Especially to hear it from the person that has the experience and not an instructor using a manual.
I have a clearer picture of my strategy going forward.
I think the more training sessions that you can put on with people of this caliber and experience will greatly enhance investor’s experience. Price is always an issue but this had great value.

I thought that Larry was fantastic. I am absolutely pumped about his offering. I really believe that there should be a repeat. I believe that his experience in financial planning gives him a quite unique perspective. His understanding of wealth building is unlike any other “guru” that I have encountered. Larry, thank you very much for your time, both on August 1 and yesterday. After numerous seminars, courses and coaching sessions, you have outlined a serious strategy which I know I can feel, touch and make happen. Flipping wholesale to wholesale makes much more sense to me than the traditional ways of flipping outlined by many gurus, particular in the current economic environment. You have explained the principle in a manner that is easily understood and is much more real to me because, while you are becoming more nationwide, your base and start began in this area, which raises my comfort level significantly.

I am also very appreciative of your training approach. I believe that you consciously choose to try to make a few people successful rather than just trying to "lecture" to several hundred people. I know that I can get training from you without having to deal with multiple coaches as is often the case with most of the other courses.

Again thanks again for you guidance and time. I plan to work really hard to be one of your success stories.
